  • The main balance maintains the established validity period (330 days) from the recharge received.
  • If you send several recharges in the promotional period, the balance is accumulated.
  • After a top-up has been made during the promotion, the recipient gets a notification of the status of their main balance.

  • The Unlimited Internet is valid for 30 days from 00:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Outside these hours, the discounts established for Data will be applied.
  • Unlimited Internet will be activated at the time the customer receives the recharge.
  • If a client has active unlimited Internet from the previous promotion and recharges in this period, the effective date to use the unlimited Internet will take the validity of the current recharge.
  • Customers who have combined plans (national and international), current LTE packages and international Data Bonuses and acquire this new offer, will have their expiration date extended to 30 days, counted from the receipt of the recharge, with expiration time 23:59 Cuban hours.
  • Customers who have plans, combos or Bonuses with SMS and MIN resources will NOT have the validity date of these resources extended.
