What is the Triple Bono special offer all about?
Each prepaid customer who receives an international top up of 20.00 CUC or more (but no more than 50.00 CUC) from July 13 to 18, 2020 will get an extra 40.00 CUC on top. This bonus will be valid for 30 days from the date you buy the top up.
From July 13 to 16, this special offer will also apply to international calls made with prepaid cell phones. Here are the details:
From July 13 to 16, all prepaid EXTRA CREDIT customers will be able to make international calls to any destination for half price. When your extra credit runs out, outgoing international calls will be deducted from the main balance at the original rate.
Can I use this extra credit to make calls, send SMS and emails and use the internet service packages national and international with my cell phone?
This offer may be used for national and international calls and SMS (including Entumóvil SMS) but will not apply to:
Using your cell phone’s email package.
Mobile Data Service (cell phone internet).
*Remember that these services will be deducted from the contracted plans/email packages, or consumption fee from the main balance, never from SMS and CALL credit (minutes).
Once the extra credit runs out, where will it be deducted from if I make an international call?
If you have active minutes (CALL) and extra credit, it will be deducted:
1st. From the extra minutes you have from previous top ups as it counts as special consumption.
2nd. From your extra CALL and SMS credit.
3rd. From your main balance.
Your extra credit may run out before your extra minutes as you must remember that the extra credit also applies to sending SMSs nationally and internationally.
Plus, if you have a CALL package, it will not be deducted from it because this is only for national calls.
If my extra credit runs out, where will I get charged if I send an SMS message abroad?
If you have active SMS and extra credit, the following will be charged:
1st. From the SMS credit you have from previous top ups as it counts as special consumption.
2nd. From your extra CALL and SMS credit.
3rd. From your main balance.
Your extra credit may run out before your extra minutes as you must remember that the extra credit also applies to sending SMSs nationally and internationally.
Plus, if you have an SMS package, it will not be deducted from it because it is only for national SMSs.
Does this extra credit get added to my main balance?
No. This extra credit is a special offer and lasts a different amount of time to your main balance. The extra credit (40.00 CUC) is valid for 30 days from when you top up.
Why is this extra credit not added to my main balance?
The amount clients top up is fully respected and it changes how long the credit can last for. The extra credit is a promotion offered by the company but it must be consumed within a certain amount of time.
If I have active extra credit from other offers, will it get added to the credit from this new special offer?
Yes. If you have active EXTRA CREDIT and purchase this new offer, it will get added to all the extra credit from previous offers and change how long it lasts. Please note that the extra credit is now valid for 30 days from the date you top up.
