- Customers who receive a recharge of 500 CUP or more will multiply the amount of money (recharged) in their main balance by 12.
- The main balance will maintain the established validity period of 330 days from the receipt of the last recharge.
- If a customer makes several recharges during the promotional period, the money in the main balance will accumulate.
- Customers who, at the time of applying a recharge during this promotional period, have active resources from combined plans (national and/or international), LTE packages and/or international data bonuses, will NOT have the expiration date extended.
- Customers who, at the time of applying a recharge during this promotional period, have active plans, combos or bonuses with SMS and/or MIN resources, will also NOT have the expiration date extended.
